Accident repair is stressful. UK Accident helped with me with the stress a call within an hour after the accident. The first thing they asked was , "is everyone was OK". Living on my own I thought this was very considerate . They explained how the repair process worked. Took my car away, and returned it clean and tidy looking as if it had never happened. I really do not do reviews but felt I had to let them know they do a great job, Thanks

Stressed out after my claim but the guys at UK Accident Repair explained all the details of repair and how this would be done which I found took the worry out of the repair for me .Once car was returned it was looking as good as before again they explained all that was done and gave me a full 5 year gaurantee should I experience any issue in the future with the repairs.Simply can't fault them great service from start to finish and thanks very much .
Shocking customer service, from somebody called Carlene claiming to be a engineer, Called for an update to be spoken to in rudest manner, then accused me of telling them how to run the company, why would I do that when they claim to be the professionals?? lets hope my car is repair is better than their customer service............
